LA Wedding Photography – Los Angeles Wedding Photographers

Rachel + Dustin know a thing or two about throwing a bright, modern, big family dinner party wedding, which isn’t surprising if you know Rachel through her thoughtful, crafty blog, Heart of Light. Using lots of movement, turquoise, coral and yellow, they were able to incorporate some of Dustin’s Mexican heritage without going too literal and making it look themed. Modern invitations, the prettiest paper flowers, an incredible streamer backdrop, terrarium centerpieces, and a gourmet food truck – sounds amazing, looks amazing, and I’m so excited to share it with you! If you are a DIY bride and looking for an stunning but affordable Los Angeles wedding venue then I suggest you take a look at George C. Goehller Alumni House as well as some of these posts from the brides blog about planning a Los Angeles wedding.

Sometime I have to pinch myself – I feel so fortunate that out of literally hundreds of Los Angeles wedding photographers they chose me to share their day with them, and trusted me to capture those natural moments perfectly. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!  So grateful to work with such lovely people and I will continue to try and be one of the best Los Angeles wedding photographers my clients can find! Big thanks to the girls at 100 Layer Cake for featuring my work again! See more photos here from this affordable Los Angeles wedding venue.

Greta (mother-of-the-bride) - Even if you didn’t know how to shoot into the light, I would still think you were brilliant! And your photographs are brilliant, too. I can hardly wait to see the rest and relive the memories. Rachel chose the perfect photographer when she chose you. Thank you so much for all your work. (BTW – I have been to too many weddings where the photographer ran the show like it was happening just for the benefit of the camera. But you were so discrete as to be nearly invisible, which you would have been had you not been so lovely yourself. You didn’t break the spell of that magical evening.)
P.S. My husband is still trying to work out how you did it.;)

April - Being fairly new to the world of photography, I always stop by your site for inspiration. Most photographers that I have seen use virtually no light for their photos which I find makes the photos resemble that matte look while I look for light to bring the subjects together. And all I can say is…wow! I will agree with the mother-of-the-bride here and say that you have captured the love between the couple perfectly. Like her, I too hate photographers that insist on perfect photos that exude a photoshoot. To me, this is beyond perfect and something that I hope one day I’ll be able to perfect. I love Rachel’s blog and if she has requested you, do doubt you are perfect at what you do!
